Act does not reduce the area while checking the measurement for circular banding or integrated development. Accordingly, when the Government of Nepal measures any private, government or public land for the purpose of demarcation or integrated development, even if the location of the government or public land within the demarcated or integrated area changes, the area cannot be reduced from the previous one.
